Can you design the tool so our own developer can build it?: Yes. That's the Mock-Up & Blueprint. We map your workflow and build a clickable mock-up plus a build-ready blueprint you can take to any developer or software company. You don't have to hire us to build it. Most mock-ups come in under $3,000 depending on complexity, and some simpler tools come in under $2,000. If you hire us to build it, your mock-up fee is credited toward the build.
Do I need to know which AI to use before we start?: No. The Deep Dive exists so you don't have to. We figure out which one to three AI systems make sense for your business. You just need to know where the work is hurting today.
What's the difference between the Deep Dive and the Strategy & Implementation Plan?: The Deep Dive ($2,500) gives one leader clarity on the one to three plays to make. The Strategy & Implementation Plan ($7,500) brings your leadership team into alignment around a documented 90-day roadmap. The Deep Dive picks the direction. The Plan commits the team to it.
How fast can we actually see results?: The Deep Dive delivers a written plan within 7 days. The Strategy & Implementation Plan produces a 90-day roadmap within a week of the session. The Full Transformation Engagement targets working systems within 90 days, so you see movement inside one quarter, not one year.
Do you build the systems yourselves?: Yes, in the Full Transformation Engagement. We design, build, and tune the systems alongside your team, integrated with the tools you already use, and hand off ownership once they're stable. A 90-day optimization window is included. If you'd rather use your own developer, the Mock-Up & Blueprint gives them everything they need.
What size companies do you work with?: Mid-sized is our sweet spot, roughly $5M to $250M in revenue. Smaller companies do well with the Deep Dive. Larger companies usually start the Full Transformation Engagement with one business unit at a time.
What if I'm not ready to commit to a full engagement?: Start with the Deep Dive. $2,500 buys a written plan you can act on with or without us, and the Payback Guarantee covers you if it doesn't find a play worth more than the fee. Some clients run the plan with their own team and some hire us to build it. Either outcome is a win.
